Morphological traits and 1000 grain weight, biomass, grain and oil yield, profile of fatty acids and glucosinolate content, were recorded in a cropping season. Factor analysis based on principle component was used for describing the relationship among different traits. The results showed that four factors could explain 67.5 percent of total variance of data. The portions of each factor were 21.9, 18.5, 14.6 and 12.5 percent, respectively. These factors were called phenological parameters, yield components, oil and grain yield and silique properties, respectively. Second and third factors had an important role in increasing of oil and grain yield, and the efforts for improving these factors can be a solution for increasing of oil and grain yield. Also, for evaluating the profile of fatty acids and glucosinolate content of lines, factor analysis were performed and the results showed that four factors could be enough for explanation of the variance of data. Scatter plot based on these factors showed that Consul and H. 42 lines were suitable in comparison with other lines, because of the high oil, grain yield and desirable profile of fatty acids and glucosinolate content.}, keywords = {factor analysis,Fatty acid,Qualitative ‎of oil and meal,rapeseed,Yield and components of yield}, title_fa = {بررسی تغییرات خصوصیات کمی و کیفی کلزا از طریق تجزیه به عامل‌ها}, abstract_fa = {به منظور مطالعه خصوصیات زراعی و صفات کیفی دانه در لاین های مختلف کلزا، تعداد 19 لاین برگزیده از نسل های خویش آمیزی به همراه رقم شاهد (زرفام) جمعاًً 20 لاین و رقم در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 85-1384 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی مؤسسه اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر، کرج، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در طول فصل زراعی از صفات مورفولوژیکی یادداشت برداری به عمل آمد و وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیکی، عملکرد دانه و روغن، ترکیب اسیدهای چرب روغن و میزان گلوکوزینولات کنجاله دانه تیمارها تعیین شد. تجزیه به عامل ها جهت توصیف رابطه بین صفات مورد مطالعه در ژنوتیپ های مختلف برحسب تعداد کمتری عامل اثرگذار بر روی این صفات، با استفاده از میانگین صفات کمی و به روش تجزیه به مؤلفه های اصلی صورت گرفت. نتایج حاصله نشان گر کفایت چهار عامل برای 24 صفت مورد مطالعه بود. این چهار عامل 5/67 درصد از تغییرات کل داده ها را توجیه نمودند که سهم هر یک از آن ها به ترتیب 9/21، 5/18، 6/14 و 5/12 درصد بود. این عامل ها به ترتیب عامل پارامترهای فنولوژیکی، اجزای عملکرد، عملکرد دانه و روغن و عامل خصوصیات غلاف نام گرفتند. در این میان عامل های دوم و سوم نقش به سزایی در افزایش عملکرد دانه و روغن دارند و تلاش در جهت بهبود آنها، راه کاری برای افزایش محصول گیاه کلزا به حساب می آید. همچنین به منظور ارزیابی لاین ها از نظر ترکیب اسیدهای چرب روغن و گلوکوزینولات کنجاله نیز تجزیه به عامل‏ها انجام شد که بیان گر کفایت چهار عامل برای توجیه تغییرات صفات مذکور بود. ترسیم نمودارهای دوگانه برای عامل های به دست آمده نشان داد که لاین های H.42 و Consul با داشتن میزان بالای عملکرد دانه و روغن، ترکیب تقریباً مطلوب اسیدهای چرب و میزان گلوکوزینولات پایین در کنجاله درمقایسه با سایر لاین‌های مورد مطالعه مناسب تر می باشند.}, keywords_fa = {اسید چرب,تجزیه به عامل ها,عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد دانه,کلزا,کیفیت روغن و کنجاله}, url = {https://joa.ut.ac.ir/article_23489.html}, eprint = {https://joa.ut.ac.ir/article_23489_34194f4d96d83bb65411d8ac6b7cafe6.pdf} }
