The present investigation was carried out to identify the factors affecting the use of information technology (IT) by trainees in apply - scientific Education in Agriculture. The statistical population of this study was educators of agricultural apply - scientific centers. Method of sampling was random multi steps sampling. Questionnaire used for data collection. The collected data were analyzed with the SPSS software. To identify the effective factors in IT usage by trainees in apply-scientific Education in agriculture, the R-Type Factor Analysis was employed. Results indicated that the variables classified in four categorize: skills rate for working with IT, attitude, conditions and facilities, the educator’s mastery of English language. These four factors were responsible for 64 percent of variances in factors affecting the usage of IT by trainees.
