بررسی اثر زمان های مختلف برداشت دانه سویا بر جوانه زدن آن

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثر زمان های مختلف برداشت بذر بر جوانه زدن آن، یک آزمایش فاکتوریل در سه تکرار شامل پنج زمان برداشت و سه رقم سویا انجام شد. اثر زمان برداشت بذر بر درصد جوانه زدن آنها (تحت شرایط مزرعه، حوله کاغذی و آزمون سرما در گلخانه)، سرعت جوانه زدن، وزن خشک گیاهچه، وزن خشک ریشه چه، وزن هزار دانه و درصد رطوبت دانه معنی دار بود. تفاوت ارقام مختلف سویا از نظر وزن هزاردانه، وزن خشک گیاهچه، وزن خشک ریشه و رطوبت دانه معنی دار بود. بیشترین درصد جوانه زدن بذور در مزرعه و بیشترین وزن خشک گیاهچه و ریشه چه از دو زمان برداشت چهارم و پنجم و حداکثر قدرت بذور (درصد جوانه زدن در آزمون سرما) از زمان برداشت پنجم بود.

To study the effect of harvesting time on soybean seed germination and vigor a factorial experiment with three replications, including of five harvesting time and three soybean cultivars was carried out in the field and glasshouse. The effect of harvesting time on seed germination percentage (in the field, cold test and paper test), seed germination rate, shoot and root weights, 1000-seed weight and seed moisture content was significant. The difference between cultivars for 1000-seed weight, shoot and root weights and seed moisture content were significant. Generally, the highest seed germination percentage (in the field), root and shoot weights were obtained at fourth (R7) and fifth (R8) harvesting times. The maximum seed vigor (in cold test) was for fifth (R8) harvesting time.
